now i’m in a conversation about my nail polish and i don’t quite understand why, i think i can put it all down to that french-speakers are all crazy……….although i guess that isn’t all that fair considering that i’m not all that sane either, but at least i understand myself. tonight we are going to have fireworks because it is national swiss day which i researched and now i know why national swiss day is the first of august. with that knowledge i decided to find out why australia day is the 26th of january because i figured that if i know why swiss day is swiss day i should (as an australian) know why australia day is australia day.
